Flexibility and mobility are often the missing piece in a parkour practitioner's puzze; the thing that prevents a good one from being great.

Today, spend some time reading and performing the stretches outlined in This Article. Focus on one partiularly tight area of your body, or go through all of them. Incorporate theses concepts and exercises into a regular routine, choosing some attainable goals for your flexibility.
