APK Warm-Up

Precision Jump repetition. Find a precision jump at a challenging distance. It can be standing, running, jumping up, jumping down or any number of variations. Perform the jump and land precisely (on the ball of the foot in exactly the target landing area) 50 times. The object should be to dial in the subtle accuracy of your landings and build power and balance.

Conclude with a stretch.
