Testing max reps- upper body.
 
Do a maximal set of each of the following exercises, allow plenty of rest between attemps:
 
 
Pull-Up (Kipping allowed if desired)
 
 
Try to do some parkour training today as well!
 
Get some rest this weekend, we'll be dealing with these max's next week!
