Having a goal to work towards in your parkour training is important for progression. Having both short-term and longer-term goals will help you see progress. Go out to a training spot and set a goal for yourself. It can be doing something you've been eying up but haven't tried yet (be safe and smart about it!) or simply doing a particiular number of repetitions ("I will stick 50 precisions"). While you're there, set a goal that you can work towards in the near future.
