Stretching
 
 
Then spend some time stretching. With the running focus this week, there's been a lot of repetitive movement and impact and without proper stretching, those things can easily lead to issues caused by tight muscles and damaged tissue. Stretching should be performed after each training session, but doing flexibility work AS a training session is important as well.
