Parkour Training

Balance and foot placement are key to success and safety in parkour. Spend 40 minutes working on rail balance. Start with standing on one foot with your foot parallel to the bar and your whole foot in contact. Try taking a few controlled steps. Try balancing with your feet perpendicular to the rail and the ball of your feet making contact. Try balancing with your hands on the rail ("cat balance"). Try some precision jumps onto the rail. Challenge yourself!
