Creativity Challenge

Parkour is very much about seeing the world in a new way. Challenging yourself to see the possibilities beyond the obvious and ordinary is an important part of training.

In these videos, a (very advanced) athlete uses just one obstacle and exhausts the creative possibilities.

Spend at least 45 minutes at one spot and one obstacle thinking creatively and coming up with as many possibilities as you can.
