Run for 5 minutes at an easy pace
Do 15 Safety Vaults on each side
Run for 5 minutes at a medium pace
Do 10 Safety Vaults on each side
Run for 5 minutes at a fast pace
Do 7 Safety vaults on each side
Rest 4 minutes and repeat.
Be careful not to lose good, safe form in the safety vault; so take a slow pace, even walking, if necessary.
Finish with a stretch
