Inverted Row

The inverted row is a basic exercise to strengthen the back and arms. Inverted rows can be used as a progression toward the pull up, but can also be made difficult enough even more a strong practitioner. Specifically translating to climb ups and climbing strength in general, inverted rows are an important exercise for parkour.
