2nd to last video, but really everything on that page is good
but what i would reallly recommend (assuming you dont have direct contact to parkour generations guys) is find somebody who was at new york the past weekend and have them tell you the whole thing

thanks muhammad, i remember standing there and listening to that whole thing. It was definetly worth hearing and making the short bus trip up, at least compared to Ohio and Seattle
