An urban sport which shares the theme of urban exploration with Parkour. The climbing skills used in buildering can be adapted, or simply used as-is in Parkour. Buildering.net, based in Canada, is a good site to check for more info. Yo could always go to Denver, unless you are scarred of course  . I like buildering on my dogs house, it's pretty freaky being 3 feet off of the ground though, so I don't do it often

After i saw this post, i cant stop climbing things, its a real rush, i suggest people try it. Just start climbing things, start off small though. (thats pretty obvious)
