hey, around 2 days ago, (July 6th) i was jumpin off a couple of staires and i landed pretty odd. at first, my 2 smallest toes started to hurt extremeley bad, and my ankle was twisted and sort of sprained, and i put this "rapid releif" thing on my ankle. the rapid releif had been in my freezer for around 6 or so months and and hasnt been taken out once, and soon, just above my ankle a very small bruise had already formed. the broze hurt really bad for around half a day, and by then it was my bedtime to sleep. the next day halfway up my leg was the wierdest thing yet, no bruise, but it was pale. i haddnt put anything there, it wasn't hit during my injury, and it made cracking sounds. it kept me from walking propperley and still aches, and my 2 smallest toes still hurt.

if anyone knows what i should do and if i should still condition myself anyway i can, please tell me.

yes, you might see a doctor.  It is odd that you didn't mention any swelling, which is very important in the diagnosis.  The pale, and the smallest toes things worries me.  The paleness may indicate some sort of vascular infarct, but then, it may not.  Feel for a pulse between the base of your 1st and second metatarsal (look it up) called the dorsal pedis pulse.  at this point though it could be several things, so i agree, check it out with a doc.  cracking can be anything from fracture to nonthing at all, and inability to walk is a definate red flag.  you should probably get an x ray.
