please do!  we have already hosted a few jams for visitors, its always a lot of fun.


also FYI for everyone else - SFPK also includes San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, San Jose, south bay, Sacramento, Stockton and much more!  check it out, in addition to the APK forum, as we are very locally focused and have a great community going.   8)

 Yo, My name is Matt and I am from Colorado, and I am pretty intouch with the COPK scene, but I am gonna be in san jose all summer, so I need to fins some people in that area to do some pk with. I plan on hitting the scene pretty hard and doing so hard trainging this summer. If anyone is in that area, they should let me know so we ca nmeet up and get out! I will be there starting the 25th of may.....Hope to hear from someone!! Thanx!

 Yeah I already met up with the San jose Parkour team forf a jam in June. Had a great time! Unfortuately, I just injured myself pretty bad and will be out for many months. But thanx for hooking me up with the site and the boys!!

hey, the names Shadow Fox and im in Martinez and want to meet up with people who do parkour. i've gotten a couple of my friends into free running and im looking to expand the bay area parkour network. any one out there?  ;D

If anyone here hasn't yet met he peeps in SoCal, you should do so. They are solid guys and can teach you a lot (PKCali). And if you're in NorCal, the central point is San Francisco, but there are traceurs in pretty much every city.

I just started and need to get in shape along with laerning the basics. if anybody is down in the sunnyvale cupertino area please help so im not all alone doing this...this all seems really hard but really fun

You should check out San Jose Parkour. Mattastic on SFParkour.com runs the show down there and he's a great contact. He can get you in shape and teach you proper technique. They hold regular training sessions in SJ.

The 2009 Schedule for Monthly SFPK Sessions has now been posted!  Please check - http://www.sfparkour.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2220

Each month we have scheduled:

1) Group Conditioning and Training Sessions on the 1st Sunday of each month at 12PM.
2) Beginner's Classes on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 12PM.
3) Monthly Jams on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 12PM.
