well, i started out about a year ago durring september but i took very long breaks durring my training, although less then my friends at the begining. as time went i morely delved into the philosiphy of parkour rather then the practice, after that i got VERY lazy. but im starting up again by first posting a few goals i would like to reach with in 3 months time
my goals are:
1) doing 10 muscle ups straight, i cant even do one x.x
2) running a five and a half(5:30) minute mile, my old time was 6:30 on average
3)kong over an 8 foot long table, i cant kong over a small 5 foot table, mostly cause of fear factor
4)do a wall up on a wall 10 feet high, i cant do wall ups anymore >.>;;;;;
5)be able to od a front flip, still learning the technique
