whats ur favorite object to train on? for example: (rails, walls, steps, tops of houses, etc.)

mine personally would happen to be rails. they have more potential than people think depending on the design and offers many different kinds of tricks and paths.

no my arm works just like before it just looks funny now is all and it happened almost a year back so i've had plenty of time to get my strength back. ever since that happened ive noticed that i have to make sure that every step, jump, or leap counts because if i get careless then i'll be done for good. i know what im doing and im not going extremely hard im taking my own pace with the consideration of my arm.

Parkour And Freerunning / not even injuries stop this train

my left shoulder became dislocated a while back but i never got it put back in because i was too scared of surgery or the pain i'd feel when it got put back in .when i got out of my sling i did about 15 wall climbs every day so i could get my strength back in that arm and now im back to show the world that i wont be stopped from doing parkour.

i started 2 1/2 years ago when me and my friends were watching videos on youtube, we came across a video entitled "russian climbing"  and at the beginning it said "latvia, parkour" (which i thought was a location because ive never heard of it and im not familiar with russia's areas at all) so i looked it up and it said "parkour" was a sport and i knew that i just had to learn it. i didnt care how hard i had to work for it i knew that i wanted to become a part of it. i later became affiliated with freerunning and started training in that when i hit the year and a half mark. ever since then ive been trying to get sponsored but since i live in PA my progress has been slowed since PA doesnt have alot to offer except for chester but no one does parkour/freerunning there so its kinda just like a heaven that being wasted while its in its prime...
