I got these and love them! Merrell-Men's Barefoot Run Trail Glove  They are a barefoot shoe and they have a wide toe box. They have lasted about a year so far holding up well. If you want a barefoot shoe and don't like the toes of Vibrams, these are the shoe to get. They also come in your size.

Thanks for the feedback. Luke always does an excellent job editing. He have been gathering footage for a while and its nice to put it to good use! Victoria, BC sounds like its a cool place on its own! Maybe SPK will make it up there this summer. Keep an eye out!

Consumer Whores / Re: Parkour in VFF's??

Looks like I'm ordering mine thijs weekeend then. I got a question on the sizing though that I didn't see addressed on their site. My foot measure at 10 7/8th. I'm assuming I round up to 11 and not down to 10 3/4. Am I right?

Yeah round up for sure. My first pair I ordered online were a size too small. They work but they are tight and I use them for light bouldering/working out and run-swims. I went a size up in my next pair and they are perfect!

I have been wearing VFFs since 2008 and have loved them ever since I first tried them on. I use them for everything and only wear regular shoes on special occasions like a fancy party that is too fancy for my leather KSO Treks.

As was said above take it slow... the first week wear them all the time but only walk. If you have to run throw your old shoes on. week two go for a short jog in them and so on. It should take about a month to work up to wearing them full time. And about 6 months before you can wear them all day everywhere and not have sore feet/calves at the end of the day. There are lots of resources online, here are a few I like:

Running in Vibram FiveFingers: A Step-By-Step Guide

Welcome to Vibram Five Fingers - YouTube

I have 4 pairs of various VFFs and my original pair are still in good working condition. They have lasted quite well. My KomodoSport VFFs are my favorite for Parkour but the KSOs work well too. I have found my KSO Treks tend to slip on pavement and i only use them when running dirt trails or out in the woods. Your choice on the Flows will be good for the up coming winter months.

Pro-Tip: Invest in Toe Socks. Injinji Toesocks

If you have any more questions feel to ask :D

Go slow... Don't change anything you normally do, just do it at 10th the speed and x10 the precision. You have to land spot on with all your weight over your feet or your going to slip. In the summer my team and I look for rainy days to take a step back and get things perfect. If you start from square one and get your skills down solid on wet surfaces your going to be so much better off when its dry and you have all the grip in the world.

Most Important Thing To Remember:
GO SLOW
