This happens every year. They always seem to forget to renew the domain even though they remembered the anniversary.  ::)

It was an amazing two days down in Virginia. Great Falls was worth it for the whole trip. The BBQ was epic. Met a lot of cool people from all over: Chicago, Maryland, Virginia, Cali, etc. There was a lot of shenanigans happening at Happydud's place ( Cranium, L-sit walking lol, impossible pushup variants, jenga, etc). Big props go to Skipper for arranging this whole thing and much love for Happydud for hosting NYPK & others. I hope to see you all come up to PKNY.

"If you've ever been to a large train station in NY, you can see people LINED UP for sometimes 100 feet or more to get on a 25 foot escalator when there are two OPEN stairways right there."

But you already know how much NY-ers walk already. Give em a break hehe

A couple of weeks or months ago, someone mentioned a pushup where you push up to a standing position. Should the body be tight and straight throughout and how much should the ankles/feet contribute?
