I havent really been using my knees too much for over two months now. I dont think theyre inflamed anymore.. Isnt that the inital symptom? Because I pushed through that for over a month before I realized what it was. I did the ice thing for a week or two but didnt see a lot of results as far as pain. I started trying to do some exercises I saw in a video for someone who had tendinitis but it involved squatting which made it hurt more. So, Im a mess..
I randomly ran into a PT at a cookout thing and had him look at my knees, he basically said to go see an ortho because he couldnt really tell anything.. He said I might have ruptured some..sac that lubricates the kneecap or something..
