Good stuff guys, keep up the training. Although I must comment on the smoking. Definitely a personal choice but if you plan to take your skills to the next level you might want to think about keeping your body healthy.

Alright Traceurs, in an attempt to bring Parkour to Michigan and get people pumped about it I have created www.FreeRunGR.com

I would love to make this the APK of Michigan, lets get some great videos and pics up, schedule some Jam sessions and hit the training hard this year!

We train at a Gym on Plainfield called Aerials and Baranis. It's in north GR, come check it out. There are about 6 of us who train on a regular basis and the class is growing every week. Monday nights at 6pm, first class is free.

I had a few free hours so some friends and I went out and made this, since then we have been practicing in a gym. Next video will have me in it doing stunts as well, and a lot cooler stuff :)

We go to Aerials and Baranis gym Monday nights at 6pm class is 10 bucks, first one is free. More videos to follow.
