Yeah but it was for laughs, Bradley Whitford and Collin Hanks are really cool guys. Bradley- "Hey... arn't you them guy who does all that parker stuff??"  Me-"...yeah....Parkour"  Bradley-"That's some dangerous shit" (pauses and looks at my eyes) "I wear make up" Me-O.o?"...uh...that can be dangerous too".

It was fun I just had to make sure my cam didn't get wet.

ok found it the "chicago stunt man" - yeah ive seen it done at my gym. I plenty when people are messing around i don't  know if it has a name but it's been done and landed.

well Dash Bomb is a dash Frontflip
so people assumed kong frontflip would be called a kong bomb
when someone first mentioned the kong bomb to me, they posted this video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X13DRvfVkBo
i personally just call it a webster vault though

but whats more hard to come up with a name is the part when i tripped over the block and saved myself by doing a 720 twist at a horizontal angle.

can you repost that? It won't let me view it said there was an error with the link. And I don't think you can claim or name a skill if you tripped into it once, you have to be able to replicate it multiple times.

I do about 1 and a half hrs of training rest for abit or eat then get back to training but I've been all around different cities training with diffrent people so that always gives you an extra boost of energy. This was on the last day i couldn't do anything my body just didn't want to. But I've been training in alot of different sports so my body doesn't wear down as easy as most people.  The next showreel is 2011 so that when you get to see my stuff, I'm not that good tho. Yea I need alot of work on my skills, ask for style idk what kind i have.

Movement / Re: shoe grip
« on: October 19, 2010, 10:52:38 AM »
i tried running on a wall today and i did not like the results. at first i thought it was because i'm not used to it. but then when i tried to get a running start the fifth time, i slipped forward somehow on a foot. does it matter what condition and type of show is being worn, or is it that i'm not on that level yet?

Shoe grip does matter. Truthfully Most of it comes down to technique but ive bought NEW shoes and as i attempted a climb my foot kept sliding off. The grip started to wear down to I tried it again and the thread ripped right off the front. I wasn't very happy fortunately I had my extremely worn down shoes in my car. (ball/toes are completely worn out/flat) The fact that they didn't have ridges it got more grip and didn't slide.

The more you use your shoes the better they get for take offs.

He wasn't 100%. but he is fine now

Boys got balls, he was dazed but the adrenaline kept him goin. Not how i'd wanna land.

Alright- You you earned my apology, the sand was softer than I thought.
So i'll admit you where right.

Sand is obviously more forgiving than you think  :P

Ok well go to the beach do a double back land on the back of your neck record it and during the shot stand back up and let me know how it feels if you are 100% after and you have no injuries then i'll eat my words and admit I was incorrect.

Also One thing about the forum that isn't ok. you can't make a disagreeing comment directed toward a specific individual put a smiley face next to it. ;) and make it OK.   If You disagree its ok but don't put a sarcastic smiley that doesn't make the comment any better.

didnt even look like it hurt that bad, sand kinda reduces impact

We have a Pit filled with cubes we place soft 8 inch mats in there. i have guys throwing doubles and triples and when they land like that they have to rehab from 2 to 3 weeks. pulling muscles or spraining the neck. Sand isn't as forgiving as people think.

hmm actually quick question regarding the tucking of the chin. Will tucking the chin help get the knees closer to the body cause I struggle getting my knees in tight. I feel like momentum is ripping them away giving me a half tuck almost

see here for what I mean -----> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ml_eDBaCZXM

Nice fronts but yes, if you look at the vid your head is really far out when you start to reach for your tuck. Tucking your chin once you've started your front will help alot.
