I have the same problem a lot of the time. I say you just need to practice. Ive been going for 8 months, and it still hurts my hip a lot of the time. I found that if I make my rolls more forward in direction, just rolling along one side of my spine until near the end of the roll, it helps a lot. That is, I roll on one side of my back until the ground starts to come to my hip, then switch sides and have the ground only touch the space between the hip bone and spine, continuing downward toward your legs until your feet hit the ground. So when people show the diagram of the line going between the shoulder and hip, I just bend that line to go straight down near the end. Its kind of hard to explain. Hope it helped though.

Saturdays would work best for me, if its going to be an all day thing that is. If its just for a few hours, then Wednesdays and Fridays could work as well. On those days it'd have to be some time after 2:00 PM, thats my schools release time. Garden of the Gods sounds like a cool place to train as well. I look forward to how this will all play out.
