General Fitness / Random Workout Routine Generator
« on: March 18, 2010, 04:41:45 PM »
I'm currently writing a program that will generate random workout routine since the biggest problem i have in getting motivated is that i get bored fairly quickly. SO, i want to know how APK would respond to the questions: What would be the best exercises to include in the program? Who would be interested in using such a program? and, What features should I include in the program/What features would you like to be included in the program?

what is a typical conditioning routine for you?

which National Jams do you plan on attending this year?

how does it feel to be a Traceuse in a world nominated(quantity wise) by Traceurs?

Btw doesn't C-Walking have to do anything with the Crips?

yes, as a matter of fact, it has everything to do with the Crypts. but nowa days, its evolved into a style of dance and form of self-expression

its basically a three hour after-school detention. which means basically all the hours of daylight I have to train would be spent siting doing nothing.

I actually asked Ryan "Cloud" Cousin this question in the Ask an Alliance member thread. i think he had some really good points in his response. this was his response:

In your opinion, why are most practitioners (lets face it) geeks?

Parkour is still very young, and in order to find it you have to start browsing the web.  This will inherently weed out any people that aren’t tech savvy, thus leaving behind the more technology geared people.  Also there are a ton of people that don’t use the forums and just train in communities, so if you only look at the online communities then you will only find the geeks =)
