Parkour And Freerunning / Re: U.S Vs. Rest of the world?

I'd say the reason people from other places seem to be "better" is because the Europeans have have been training longer as a whole. Plus you'll notice every country has a few go to guys that put out crazy awesome stuff, but the majority of the vids that come out are from lesser experienced practitioners. Maybe is has something to do with all the Parks and Gyms that seem to be popping up in Europe. Maybe if we Americans were to stop bitching about semantics on here and just go train we'd put out more quality vids. There are great people everywhere and the not so great are also everywhere.

As for the American way of training, I haven't noticed, I've noticed most of APK-er's all kinda train a certain way, but most of the country is diverse in it's training style.

GO TRAIN! NOW! WHY ARE YOU HERE READING THIS? ARE YOU INJURED OR FINISHED TRAINING? THEN GO f#ckING TRAIN!

Naw the Dongs been done before, I think it was Abel or one of the Hungarian guys that did it on a pair of level walls, it was a strong dash followed by a quick powerful snap to get to the kong. Whoever did it was doing it on a pair of walls people were doing double kongs and kong precisions on.

you should learn to trick

I don't know any kicks but I have basics like J step flash, switch, corks, a-twist, raiz, and b-twist. Basically the same thing everyone who dabbles in tricking has :P

Movement / Re: Hardest Move In Parkour

Yeah, I mean I don't even really know what that means, so you're probably right.

I'll check it out though. I'm not big into tricking. I back backflip, back tuck, front tuck on ground, or off of obstacles, but just basic stuff really.

Technicalterm = Double Aerial Twist

The roll. It is the only move that consistantly takes people more than 2 months of constant training to perfect.

The roll is one of the few moves that can be perfected, the others have boundaries that can be onstantly pushed. A roll get to a point where you can't come out of it  any faster or feel any less impact. I challenge you to find anyone new to movement that after 2 months has perfected any vault. It's taken me over a year to get to above average level to level kong precisions, and I still am not comfortable with my maximum precision abilty on rails. The idea of perfection is fleeting, along with the notion of a most difficult move, stop worrying about what others think and go outside and train.
