Part 1 of 3
With 2 years of training under my belt I thought it was time to make an attempt at a "real" video. Think of this as the prelude a more legitimate video. I tried to take a more realistic approach to this gym video. I took some time to focus on what I believe is my weakness...twisting. Any advice would be appreciated.

The 1st for obvious reasons, the last two are there because they incorporated great filming, choreo, and editing. After they came out a new wave of videos started to show up. Videos where it was the beauty of the movement that was trying to be captured not just the movement itself. Hope that makes sense.
