A person hears them talking about parkour and then comes up to ask about it but the Friend interrupts and runs away screaming" Oh god, He is going to do that philosophical thing again! Run for the hills! Protect the children!". The person slowly walks away.

I seem dumb asking but how do you make a picture like that and whats the technique called? Do you just take a bunch of rapid fire pictures and overlay them or something?
