Thanks man. Yeah I know some of the landings are heavy, it comes with the territory. But I'm doing my best to land with proper technique and its been working quite well i feel. The landings feel more than fine, I'm absorbing them on balls of feet, legs out in front, and squatting down, and since most of them aren't huge drops, it's definitely manageable to absorb. I haven't gotten any injuries from any of the jumps in this video, or many prior, so i'm definitely getting there. Clearly i can get stronger and more flexible and have better technique, and i'm working on it! Thanks man!
