Parkour And Freerunning / The Focus Of My Training To Day
« on: October 20, 2008, 03:57:33 PM »
I when out for about 2 hours this time after i did my warm up witch is
a run down a street with some jumps and some vaults and a few rolls.
but I concentrated on rolls on more harder surfaces like roads and sidewalks.
I practiced them on a deck by the pool side from standing then moved up to
jumping off the picnic table then to jumping off the railing, then off the railing over a trash can,
Then moved the trash can into the middle of the deck and jumping over it and then rolling.

then I when to the play ground and did some jumps about 5' and rolled and it really made a difference I felt running came more natural after landing and rolling according to landing bending the knees then try to talk of from there.

So how should i train my self to do it on the road and sidewalks ect?
