heh I use some older new balance shoes or my old work boots with thick wool socks. the socks give me extra cusioning and the boots can stand up to the need to be able to take impact fromt he enviroments.... But if your on like the fake plastic floors and have freash mud you might slip a little XD

Okay but Heads up I am going to marine boot camp in late march 2007 if I can pass the physical examination XD other then that when im in or around the areas of the world where people are from I will visit when ever ^_^

friends: everyone is a friend just some of them I havent met
how long have you done parkour: about a mounth or so...
Well I havent done it that much but its really fun ^_^ not many places that are inviting down town though well on GRCC(grand rapisd community college) is like a heaven compaired to most of the city. I havent had any problems with the law due to the fact I don't think they patrol the allyways and parking structures. other then that I'm willing to jam ^_^
