I'm sorry but my biggest problem towards a good diet, is when me and my girlfriend go out too Chili's I cant resist a few beers and a nice steak and potatos meal, I mean I get steamed vegetables but I know there not saving me from the potatos much less the beer. So here's my question everyone splurges from time to time, how often is a splurge ok?

General Fitness / Re: Coming Back from Injuries

Yah the bone I broke was called the Scaphoid... One of the weirdest things is realizing how many little things I've lost in the past 10months. Such as not being able to palm a basketball anymore. I'm taking it slow, and I'm trying too keep from getting back interested in parkour too much. I'd rather get back in shape at the gym and comfertable with myself first. Thanks for the advice good too listen to someone else, makes it easier to organize your thoughts.  ;D

General Fitness / Coming Back from Injuries
« on: January 03, 2008, 01:35:50 PM »
I've been dealing with a wrist injury for nearly a year now. Funny how a wrist can take a year from what felt like a sprain the night it happen, too having a bone graph from my hip to rebuild the bone and having multiple surgeries, too keep the joint held together durring the healing process. But, now I'm out of my cast and getting back into shape (Mainly on the treadmil) I've allways enjoyed Parkour & Free Running, Since probally Jackie Chan's "Rumble in the Bronx" Well before I had a name for it. But, to be honest I've been working out again for about the past two months I've gone out too some of the old spots with my friends, and I'm way too nervous now... Has anyone else been through this, I guess having cold feet after being away from awhile Im not sure how to explain it... Thanks ^_^

I live in Laurel, I come down to hattiesburg atleast once a week.. On Wed we play CTF at USM, I havn't been going to it too much this semester because of a Wrist Injury, Use too a good bit of people would practice Parkour out there, but now its more of a Marathon run... but If your up for more then just Urban stuff, try out some wooded areas. The woods can be a good playground and practice area. espically after Katrina, with all the fallin trees out there

Mississippi / Inviting South Mississippi Parkour Peoples out, lol
« on: July 20, 2007, 05:21:27 AM »
At the campus of USM in hattiesburg, we try to have a get together on wensday nights for a few games of capture the flag. Our game isn't based on parkour but it can make good practice of your parkour skills. So if you might be interested respond back and i'll check back on here regularly we're allways welcoming new faces and I'm more then willing to explain in further detail to those people who are interested.

Thanks,
Caleb
