General Fitness / Weight help?

Hi, I'm 16 years old and pretty new to parkour. I'm 5'9" and weigh 135 lb. No matter what I do I can NOT gain or lose any weight...I would like to gain more weight, preferably in muscle mass, any help on how I could do this? And what are some good ways that I can better my skills at parkour, there aren't many use-able buildings or playgrounds nearby...
