Try and do it without hands. Then you wont fall on your head anymore!  :-Sarcasm

But if this in fact isn't trolling, if you do fall, fall into a forward roll. makes it look much more seamless and doesnt hurt nearly as much.

My best guess is that it would be some sort of forward safety vault... the one at 1:55 looks more like a straight up safety, but the earlier one just looks like he wanted to jump over it but didnt get enough height so he tapped it with his foot/arm.

Parkour And Freerunning / Keep getting hurt.
« on: October 15, 2011, 02:59:56 PM »
Alright, I went to the gym to try some backflips (which were successful, yey!) and somehow i ended up hurting my knees. I didnt take any drops, twist them, or really anything that should hurt them. This keeps happening with random parts of my body, should I just be more careful, or is there some some sort of abnormal fragility with me?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I try to get the worst shoes possible... within reason of course. I dont like super grippy stuff, kills your technique. 15$ wal-mart shoes work just fine for me  ;)
