haha yeah i tried the airport the basicly jumped me and told me never to do parkour there and yeah their is one good place go to the park behing vally view midle school (bloomington not edina) their are some nice things for beginners

well i'm not gona die but i've done stunt on my skateboard done thing on bmx were i've hit my head and could have broken my spine and risked my legs. i'm captain of u16 soccer team so i need my legs

hey so like the tital say i'm 13 i've been practising parkour for 4 months(this is minnesota it's snowing in fall through half of spring :) ) and i'm wondering how can i learn the frontfip and backflip of the ground. i can barly do a front flip in a of a diving bored and i don't have the balls to do a backflip from somewher high any help????
