Hey guys - Hope your training is going well!
I have been working on speed vaults, two handed vaults (Rail vaults too) and Wall runs. The vaults have been at about 3 foot, and the wall runs about 6. But now my problem is..I can't find walls that are slightly bigger to work my way up..
Another problem I have, is not knowing what to try next.
I was thinking Kong, but I can't seem to get it right..
Thoughts/Advice on what I should try next, and how to improve?
thats a kong, just saying...
idk what the slide or dive vault is either. i can picture what they might be, but idk if they're right
I have a bunch of cameras.. remember if you read my Im new here.. post thingy, you'd know that im an artist.. and i take pictures than, Draw/paint them also digital editor.. Photoshop/after effects/sony vegas ect. I own about 5 still shot cameras and 2 sport cameras - moving stuff - than i have A LOT of camcorders and stuff..
I should probably start learning more vaults...
I'm not really comfortable enough with being sideways to practice lazys or speed vaults with the one goodish rail i found. I can do a kong just fine. I don't even know what a slide vault or dive vault is...

It normally makes things worse.

Depending on if I can actually go out and train or not right from the get-go.
