My brother and I have been wanting to get better and master parkour. We don't want to get right into the stuff right away so we need help making a daily exercise routine that will help our essential needs for parkour. Our age is 13 and 11. Dont think that we are not determined for this as we are ready to do any routine and listen to anyone's help, as we are commited to do this for a long time. If we haven't made this clear we need a good daily workout routine to help our core, and upper body strength. We have been playing soccer since an early age so we still might need help but not as much.
Comment any help or routines that may help us!
And Btw we live in a small town of 50k people so we dont have much to work with ): and no one to practice except with friends.
