I'm between Medowcreek and Berkmar Highschools, and go to Berkmar. Maybe we could have a Gwinnett Jam to get to know each other!!! The downtown areas are always decent. Downtown Norcross has some nice walls, roofs, and rails if anyones interested...

Gwinnett Scholls are now closed during the weekends and fridays to save money so now no one is there!!! WOOO HHOOO! Anybody in lilburn or norcross? I Know the Best place to practice wall runs, climb ups, and cats!!

why sould we not bend over 90 degrees? i'm newer but it seems that bending more would elongate the time of inpact making the average force on your legs and feet smaller. the only problem wih doing it is maybe your joints cant take it.

I found that many people will get in volved with parkou r if you do something that looks hard thats pretty easy. For example a few days ago i was at my school amd i did a gate vault over a fence. Gate vaults are pretty easy but as soon as i did it peope were like dude how did you do that and i explained what parkour was. now i have a growing core group. i want to incourage others to put down ways they hooked other to the awsomness of parkour. It was total awsomeness!!!!!!!! :D

Its almost impossible for me to train during the school year. i can only train indoors during the school year but when im out i can train out side so i go to the gym on saturday. But its NEVER ENOUGH :-[
