Delaware / Parkour Delaware

Hi everyone, if anyone is actually out there. Isn't that a song? Something like it.
Well, I see there hasn't been any posts in ... too long? I just wanted to get into parkour and freerunning, but it is pretty small, or so it seems, in the Delaware area. Maybe I will look to Philadelphia.
If anyone is interested in doing parkour at least weekly, I am trying to do it to get into better shape, and because it is hella fun.
