Aaaaaand we're back.
I really just needed a training log to keep track of what I'm doing, I'm probably not taking up Parkour again (at least not for awhile.) Swim ended well, set some PRs for my last year since I decided not to continue into college. I guess I'll start with my goals.
Goals

-Weigh 200 lbs: August 31
-Squat 225 with proper form: August 31
-Bench 225: August 31
-Deadlift 225: August 31
-5 chinups with a 45 lb plate: September 30
April 29th, 2013
Bench Press: 5 sets of 5 at 155 lbs
Rows: 5 sets of 5 at 135 lbs
Squat: 5 sets of 5 at 135 lbs
