FAQ / Re: How Old do I Have to be to Start Parkour or Freerunning?
« on: February 22, 2011, 12:46:23 PM »
Age doesn`t matter, i started Parour 3 years ago when i was 12 and i trained alone, first year i tried to learn fast but soon realized it`s not that easy.In last two years i founded a group of traceurs and learned a lot just because we went to training 3-4 times a week, age doesn`t matter passion does  ;) :D ;D

You should try to jump over not literally horizontal, and just tap the obstacle with your hand.Remember first jump then put the hand on it  ;)

FAQ / Re: how do i jump further for precision jumps?
« on: February 22, 2011, 11:40:25 AM »
Or you can just do a lot of precision jumps and you will improve, just dont over do it.

nikas told you well, for improving a distance jump(precision)you should just do precisions, try jumping in distance with your legs straight just keep them straight and jump on your toes,it will be a small jump but with time it will become bigger and better.TRY it  ;) ;)
