What about vegetarians? I've been vegetarian for around 2.5 years now, and I'm waiting to get back to training, what are some good vegetarian meals to get my body in good shape while I wait out the winter months?

I just started training today, I found a good, clear wooded area by my house which I'll use until I get better. It's got a good low-ground log bridge thing which is good for practicing my vaults, a rope hanging from a tree, and some good climbing trees. I would have practiced longer but only got in around 20 minutes cause I forgot to bring water. :P
