so first jam in about a year today, the COPK rock hard jam, good to get back out

my daily routine (minimum) is:
3x12 pullups
3x30 pushups
2x25 flexed crunches
2x25 reverse crunches
3x30 squats

i'll start posting my training again now that i'm back in the US

-25 reps pullups(1x12,2x5,1x3)....pathetic, 30sec rest
-20 reps DB Press same rest 25kg
-20 reps leg press 250lb
-25 walk-out abs
-30 crunches/variations

last fri/sat
-1 1/2 at the gym, mainly worked on getting re-conditioned again since i wasn't able to get to a gym all break.
- i can almost hold a straight flag

today
-5x5 clap as high as i can push-ups
-3x8 handstand pushups
-3x15 jump tuck squats
-2x6 plank walkouts

Hmmmm. one of those those days might work but i couldnt make wednesday this week.

hey, got your message, be happy to, i'm open either next monday or wendsday. what ever time works but preferably more towards dusk. oh and one other tid bit, i spraind my ankle a week ago so i'll have to see if i'm up to the full work out  :(

so i've decided that keeping this up to date over the summer has failed...BUT i'll be spending a year in germany starting next month and i hope to keep this up with my adventures over there!

notable accomplishments over the summer so far:
-30 pullups without stopping
-sideflips outside
-flash gainers and gainers in a gym
-few second hold of a front plank

I doubt it because Denver classes are Thurdays, and it definatly couldnt be after 6 cause thats when classes are. Maybe we could do it a different day? Matt and Ryan are probably SUPER busy I bet though with both sets of classes so maybe someone who has gauntlet experience could lead? Just throwin the idea out there.

alright, i'd prefer mon or wed myself, i did do the gauntlet a couple of times last summer so if there's a concern of where and what i've got it covered.

is this still going at all? i'd be up for it if there are other people...and instead of 4 it's 6 or 6:30.

its been too long since i last updated this, to keep to be simple for the last month or so i've suffered a chain of injuries that haven't been too bad, but bad enough to keep me from doing much, but i'm finally feeling fully healed and i'm ready to get back to it!

ah, so i've been sick so i haven't done much of anything lately, but i did manage to get out to the gym tonight and i figured out sideflips of one leg, which was nice because that was what i wanted to accomplish tonight  :)

alright so i've got so much to do today it doesn't like i'll get to train...to much.  here's the goals i've come up with:

GOALS-
-sideflips and frontflips outside by the end of school (3 weeks)
-10 second straddle planche hold by june (first or second week)
-gainers and flash gainers outside by my birthday
