a good way to get started is to just have a program you run at another already established gym. this way you only have to pay for the hour or two that you use for your classes, which wont cost too much(tuition for classes would at least cover the rent).

AZ Jams / SUPER JAM 4!!!!

Hey guy's, here's the info for the next "Super Jam".

I'ts gonna be on Saturday March 8th. We'll meet at the Mills end cafe at appx. noon and head out from there. I think this time, to spice it up a bit, we'll take some different routes that we have so far and see where we end up.

The cafe is on the corner or 3rd St. and Mill Ave in Tempe.Here's a fancy map, for simplicity's sake: http://search.cityguide.aol.com/phoenix/re...v-115717468/map

We'll meet right next to the cafe on the south side where they have the tables/chairs, the concrete cubes, and the circle on the ground. It's between the cafe and the sub shop. Pretty recognizable. Not to mention you'll see a big group of guys stretching and jumping and whatnot.

Last time was great, despite the 124 dollars for driving school and a trip to the courthouse to dismiss an insurance charge. But besides that, met alot of guys I havn't seen before, and it was pretty cool to see what they could do.

well, im on the east side(56th st. and thomas). but depending on how west you are we can meet.

theres a jam coming up on the 24th in tempe, the threads on the top of this page.

i dont think this local board is very active, i personally use "arizonaparkour.com". not soliciting or anything, but we're growing fairly well and trying to stay active.

:) It's looking like it will be a pretty good turn out. So far we have 4-6 confirmations from the azpk forum. Plus about 8 of your guys. So it'll probably round out to 15ish by the 24th. Which is a good number in my opinion.

Sounds great. I just wanna make sure you know that your guys'll probably be way better than most, if not all of us haha. But I'm really excited you guys are coming I checked out the Team Moz website, and you guys look very skilled. Hopefully I'l be able to learn something from watching/talking to you guys at the jam.

AZ Jams / Saturday, November 24th Noon- Super Jam #2

Hey, arizonaparkour.com is having another "super jam" on saturday the 24th at the "Mills End Cafe" in Tempe. The cafe is on the SouthWest corner of E. 3rd St. and S. Mill Ave

We'll start at the same place we usually do, Mills End Cafe. If you dont know any of us we'll probably be waiting on the south side of the Cafe stetching and stuff. You'll know us when you see us.

We'll be starting at noon for several reasons. 1st - It wil be cooler then 2nd - The sun sets sooner 3rd - This was we can have a little leeway and we'll hang around by the cafe until 12:30pm-12:45pm to wait for people to park/find it.

So, just respond below with any questions or RSVP's. I probably wont check this site for a while, so you can respond over at arizonaparkour.com thread as well. We are also looking to see if anyone can being a camera, that way we can take some footage and edit together a video.

It's next to tempe town lake basically. Just go south on scottsdale rd, west on the first turn south of the lake(west rio salado parkway), and south on the next turn(s. mill ave.). Mills End cafe is at the intersection of W. 3rd st. and s. mill ave.

cant come to this jam personally, but i will definitely be there next time.

btw, free parking is at any of the tempe town lake parking areas. instead of going south onto mill ave., keep going west and they'll be parking just north of rio salado west of mill ave.
