Hey Guys, had another training session the other day. The parkour stuff is at the end of the video. I was working on my plyometric jumps (I think they are called) which are feeling better but still look rather uncomfortable. Obviously still need work! Then I worked on my fly-away and landed a double full fly-away for the first time!
The next video I post will be all parkour and it will be AWESOME!
Just killed the pk around the University of Toronto campus today so hopefully the vid will be up tomorrow!
