I think it may help if you turn your hands in to lock your arms and also bring your legs together before you land.

If you take a look at this video i made i explain some of these things. I hope this helps.

Good tutorial. Honestly we need more tutorials for some of the more unique moves though. It's just adding to a full cup when you make a tutorial for something really popular, like a backflip or frontflip when there are already hundreds that people have already seen. The tutorial wasn't useless, but just keep that in mind when you've possibly invented a new trick or something that hasn't really been given a good tutorial already.

We actually have one of something that's a bit less covered than other moves coming this weekend :)

Pretty good tutorial, though I won't be doing backflips anytime soon (Needed ankle surgery because of a poorly landed backflip turned me off of them...)
Anyways, just a suggestion for you and anyone making tutorials. Do the trick first before you start the actual tutorial bit! I suppose it's not as important for the basic stuff, everyone knows what a backflip looks like. But it drives me crazy when I'm looking for new moves and I can't tell what it's actually supposed to be until the very end of the tutorial. Just a thought.

Yeah i can see how that could put you off, i myself don't do back flips on the ground atm, its my friend doing the tutorial. And yeah my bad i forgot to but that in :/ i was rather tired when i made this one XD

1. catch my feet on the far side of the table, or the bench, as I attempt to get my feet under me

i have done this numerous times and normally your momentum will still carry you through. on that long kong on the video when we were first trying it we caught them nearly every time.

2. keep my butt high over the table and faceplant because I don't get my legs under me even if I tuck my knees at the end. Is the second one a really hard mistake to make, as long as I don't completely miss the table with my hands?

Its not really a case of getting your legs under with the kong that's more important with the kash. But Anthony's advice is great so listen to that :)

More tutorials coming soon :)
