I acutally JUST learned this in open gym. It literally took me about 5 minutes to "get it" and im NOT a fast learner lol. I was shown the actual part from takeoff on, and got it ok. I have problems with the footing but I'll work it...
What helped me was basically doing the "actual" jumping motion (one foot planted, one foot lifting behind me, arms swinging forward)... the split-foot kong feels sooooooooooooooooooo much more flowy and powerful. Definitely learn it.
