« on: June 01, 2011, 07:07:08 AM »
I have recently moved to winter park orlando across the street from Full Sail University, and I noticed there's no one to do good parkour with. Anyone for a challenge to fix this?

I had the same problem as well but now i just jumpe over the object without caring whats on the other side because i know in my own mind that i can control my landing. Yeah I once jumped over a walll and there was 15 foot drop on the other side i just hit and rolled loll i was fine.

Parkour / Re: i need help wit my precison jump
« on: January 13, 2011, 08:51:51 AM »
The way i do it is that i land on the center of my feet and i curve my feet backward so when you land on a rail u can decrease the speed of your jump. Also make sure you wear shoes with nice grip. Most prefferably for me are running shoes. The type of gear worn can mean a big difference in your perfomance. But yeah there you go. :)

There is such a Parkour group in Palm Beach. Palm Beach Parkour or P.B.P. Im one of the members. We are based around Palm beach County itself, I research new spots and look for them so the members can go and parkour. There's no price in joining, but we are working hard to promote parkour and make it be seen by the people that live in our playground.  ;D Want more info let me know you may be able to join. But just maybe.
