American Parkour

Hi all. Im Jordan, im 17 years old, and live in Greensboro. I'm completely new at parkour, but wanted to try it for a while now. When iSay im new, im TOTALLY new to this, and was hoping if there was anyone near me who can help me transition into it, exercises, places I could actually do this, good shoes, whatever advice and help anyone would mind giving would be GREATLY appreciated.
