North Carolina / Parkour/Freerunning in Greensboro

My friend (who is very good at freerunning) is teaching me how to freerun. I can now do some of the basics such as kong vaults, scale some walls, roll out, kip up.. etc., and he is now trying to teach me flips. Does anyone know of a good gymnasium in Greensboro where he can teach me? I would prefer not to start of concrete, although I am working on the webster flip already. Also if there are any Greensboro traceurs in Greensboro, I would love to hear from you guys.
