Hey everyone I was just wondering how do you train for parkour during the autumn and winter, Also do you have any advice on how to stay fit and active when its too cold to be outside???

Hi everyone the name is Chris & I got into parkour in 2006 when I saw this viral video one of my firends sent to me. I immediatly researched everything about parkour, I have been training for over 3 years and I'm so glad to be here!!!!!
