Which is better for Parkour/free running? P90X or Insanity or Athlean X or Air Alert?
I haven't done much research but plan on doing so after I've read the comments. I've heard that Insanity makes you lean and cut and gives definition while P90X strengthens and gives you muscle mass. The statement before is an over generalization.
Insanity=mostly Cardio and stamina
P90X=building muscle mass
I heard one article say do P90X before Insanity.
And Insanity will be much more easier for track and field athletes, but will be much more difficult for heavy weight lifters?
I've heard lots of fantastic reviews, but I'm not sure which one to choose.
I haven't looked much into Atthlean X, but I think it's similar to P90X.
I wanna try Air Alert b/c isn't being able to jump vertically high good for things like precision jumps, which I know is horizontally jumping, but I think it would be good for wall ups/passes/runs?

19% body fat
can do like 7 pull ups
40 push ups in a minute
55 situps in a minute
lol run like a 7 or 8 minute mile, I've been following a sedentary lifestyle, so i guess that would be okay?
No gymnastics background whatsoever. Should I pay for lessons? I met some tricksters at the local gym, but they weren't much help. Although they taught the moves themselves, they weren't very good teachers. =/

But I guess a book will only be just as useful as youtube. Getting a professional coach would be better?
