^Like the ones in that video, especially the two toned ones (light gray on the thighs, black on the calves and the inverse).

Okay so when you typed the word "free running" in youtube, the very first video that would come up is the one with Oleg Vorslav. I think this video was ripped and the audio sound track was replaced. The original video had "clubbed to death" as the intro.

Anyway, the video that was ripped had this catchy song.

I've tried googling it over and over but to no avail.

It went like: "Gotta move it, no I'm not foolin'. Oh oh oh oh. It's really feeling right, feel the beat....you know, yeah you know"

Help?

PS you can only find the video if you type "free running youtube" into google, but when you click on the video, it says that the uploader closed the account, so it's not available anymore...

Ok so I watching the video titled "freerunning" by sabbathstone. In the first minute of the video he wears these cool looking sweats. It has a black waistline that has a square pattern that's similar to where a belt buckle would be. Then at the ankle area, there's a black trim as well there. Then on the back side there's a single pocket on the right side.

1:10-1:16 show a full frontal and back view of his sweats.

Do you think they're hand made because uhm I'm not trying to sound prejudiced but that area he was doing freerunning was pretty run down like a slum. I think it's somewhere in Russia?

Oh and I liked livewire's sweats as well. There are two videos of him.

The first video is "storm freerun volume one". Throughout the video when he does windmills or handstand tricks, he wears these gray "captris" similar in form to sweats. I think they're longer than shorts but shorter than pants.

The second video is the one where he competes in the 2011 red bull art of motion in London, which you can easily find on YouTube. He's clearly wearing sweats in runs, but the ankles look tapered and shows a tight fit compared to my hanes gray sweats, which the seams are falling apart. :/

I know the clothes don't make the traceur or freerunner but there's nothing wrong with looking good while you're showing off right? =p

Can anyone provide a review on them for parkour?

Aesthetics
Durability
Breathability
Grip for wall runs/climbs and precisions
Flexibility
Ground Feel
Shock Absorbant

Also some other things to consider:

How would each feel running long distance running (1-5 miles) on concrete? on grass? trails? gravel?
From what I've heard, the Minimus Life is for general, everyday walking, while the Minimus trail is designed for what it's called after: trails.
Now there are the Minimus Road, but they just aren't visually appealing to me....

Or I guess all of them are designed for what they're called:

Life-general walking
Trail-grass/gravel/dirt roads
Road-concrete/asphalt/hard ground

I guess what I'm really trying to ask is which shoe is the best OVERALL?

So I was watching the video "freerunning inspiration" by chase armitage. And he did like three back handsprings and finally a back flip and walked down the wall. It's similar to a monkey down wall flip where you do a round off to a back handspring on a wall. The difference is that the monkey down wall flip has you place your hands on the wall while chase's move has you placing your feet and walking down.

Parkour And Freerunning / Livewire's beastly handstand skills?
« on: December 18, 2010, 03:40:39 AM »
Well all I know is that he's a bboy so that helps a lot with handstands, but does anyone know his routine or any acrobat's beginner to intermediate to advanced to godly?

I'm about to start gymnastics to learn how to do rings, parallel/high bar and finally pommel horse. Right now I just do basic body weight exercises like pull ups and chin ups. Handstands against the wall. The bridge. And static pike holds and kicks and pike pushups as well. Thanks for your input.
