Michigan (Ann Arbor) / I Need Your Help! Please!

I NEED YOUR HELP! PLEASE!
My name is Oliver, i am kinda like an exchange student from Germany, currently living in Belleville, Michigan. I really like parkour, although I only rarely find time to actually do it.
Nevertheless the mindet of parkour is a great thing to be applied in everyday life.
As a matter of fact there is a book from an austrian author, who applied the philosophy of parkour to life's challenges.
The book is called "The Art of overcoming obstacles - How to achieve your goals!"
It avail on amazon - unfortunatelly not in english yet... astore.amazon.de/kalteisshop-21/detail/3424200174
Anyways I want to make a short movie about overcoming obstacles and achieving goals, put it on youtube and send it in for that contest, they got going on (youtube.com/play).
It is supposed to be a motivational movie, just like those posters that you might know with the black frame and the quote.
Well, the overall "story" of the movie is supposed to be a parkour-guy who is performing a jump and having a monologue about how he is overcoming this obstacle.
So what I imagine to be in that video is a jump (kinda like a precission jump) from one level - over a gap - against a the wall of another level - doing a cat grab - then vaulting over the edge end being on top of the other level.
Somewhat like that:

Alright, I've found one location right here in Belleville, where that would PERFECTLY and SAFELY work out.

Okay now here's my problem where I need your help with:
They won't give me permission to go out and shoot my video there, cuz their are f-ing scared of getting their asses sued! >.<
So now I kinda wanna find a different, but simmilar location, where I can try and ask for permission OR even better don't even need to ask for permission.
I hope you do understand what I am talking about here, and I would be MORE THEN HAPPY if anyone could help me in that situation, other wise I am not able to finish that movie...
